OutPeak Youth Program: Bridging Education and Real-World Innovation

At OutPeak, we believe in the power of youth to drive innovation and create meaningful change. Our Youth Program is designed to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world entrepreneurship, offering students a unique platform to transform their ideas into tangible products. We actively collaborate with student-led entrepreneurial teams, such as the Vacoom team from Babson College, to support and enhance their business acumen. Through our partnership, the Vacoom team has gained valuable experience in product promotion, marketing strategies, and customer engagement by working closely with OutPeak's flagship product—the automatic vacuum coffee canister. Our program goes beyond theoretical knowledge, immersing students in the practicalities of running a business and empowering them with the skills and confidence needed to succeed in today’s competitive market.

Our Youth Program also inspires students to embrace social responsibility, particularly through supporting women entrepreneurs and sustainable practices. This commitment is embodied by Alison, a high school student from California. Inspired by the dedication of the women working in our coffee canister manufacturing factories, Alison has been instrumental in advancing our initiative to empower female workers. Through her leadership in the coffee club, she founded at her school, Alison actively promotes this mission. She has visited our production lines to understand the work environment and opportunities available to female workers and has played a key role in helping us design audit plans and training programs aimed at further supporting women in our supplier factories. Her efforts have significantly strengthened the commitment of our suppliers to empower and support female workers. 

Participating in global events like the SCA Coffee Expo in Chicago and the WOC 2024 Expo in Copenhagen, our young entrepreneurs gain international exposure, connect with industry leaders, and showcase their innovations on a global stage.
